If you have a dispute with one or more merchants, you agree to release and hereby release Shylee Shop (and Shyleeshop’s officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, successors, assigns, content providers and service providers) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes
- Return should be within 14 Days.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- Item is damaged (physical damage of the product occurred during the shipping process, improper packaging that caused the damage)
- Wrong/different items from what have been ordered (according to the description provided by the seller).
- In case of receiving a physically damaged product(s) from the courier, the incident should be reported within 2 days starting from the delivery date (including the regular and national holidays) to be able to take the proper action, reporting past this period will not be valid.

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled however, you can return the order as per our returns policy.
