Free next day delivery for orders placed before 6pm from Monday to Friday.

• You can return a product purchased from the Dyson UAE website within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging.

• You need to contact Dyson UAE customer service by phone, email, or live chat to request a return authorization and arrange a pick-up time.

• You will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of Dyson receiving the returned product.

• You can also exchange a product for another one of equal or lesser value, subject to availability and approval by Dyson UAE.
• If you purchased a product from a Dyson Demo Store or a retail outlet, you need to return it to the same store with your receipt and original packaging within 7 days of purchase.

• The return and exchange policy does not apply to products that are damaged, used, or altered by the customer, or products that are part of the Dyson Outlet.
