Refunds for purchases made using debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) will be issued to the same card that was used to make the purchase.

If you purchased using PayPal or chose Cash On Delivery as your payment method then, you will receive refund amount as coupon code to redeem against online order.

If you purchased using guest checkout you will need to create an account on Tryano.com so that we can issue your refund coupon code. Coupon code can only be used on Tryano.com and NOT at Tryano Stores.
